In order to ensure the safety of all on-site contractors/suppliers, as well as protect Stanley Electric U.S. Co., Inc. (SUS), all non-SUS employees who are performing work within our facility must complete SUS Contractor Safety, Quality, & Environmental Orientation.
This form needs to be completed by the contractor/supplier company who will have employees performing work in SUS’s facility. Please complete the form and email it to your SUS representative.
All companies who have their employees performing work within our facility must sign a Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreement before entering our plant.
The contractor/supplier employee who will be performing work in SUS’s facility must view the Contractor Safety, Quality, & Environmental Orientation presentation.
After each contractor/supplier employee has participated in the Contractor Safety, Quality, & Environmental Orientation, he/she will be required to take a short quiz covering the information outlined in the presentation. A passing score is required to receive a SUS parking pass and I.D. badge.
